Head Coach Campus
Passionate about sport, I have made coaching athletes my priority. With a Bachelor's degree in STAPS and a Master's degree in EBNS, I have acquired expertise in physical preparation that enables me to effectively help athletes achieve their goals. Away from conventional structures, I developed my own training methods, far from the myths and beliefs that often hinder progress. A keen triathlon enthusiast (and creator of the YouTube channel Ironuman), I turned my Ironman experience into a strength to better understand the science of training, both in terms of performance and Mental strength. With a scientific and concrete approach, I have progressed and helped thousands of recreational runners improve. Today, I want to share my simple and effective method with as many people as possible. To do that, what better than to take on the role of coach for Campus?

A passionate runner seeking pleasure and performance, I am convinced that running in all its forms can bring many benefits. In 2013, I created Running Addict to share my experience with all amateur runners and to give them the advice I would have liked to find when I started training on my own. Campus is the logical continuation of my approach: turnkey training plans to accelerate progress while enjoying yourself thanks to committed coaches and a caring community!

Athlete specializing in trail and ultra-trail, an adventurer passionate about extreme challenges, I constantly push my own limits in the heart of a nature as fascinating as it is unforgiving. A former engineer, I chose to devote myself fully to running and the mountains by becoming an elite athlete. From a victory at La Diagonale des Fous to the far reaches of the Yukon, from a high-level duel at the UTMB to the legendary transatlantic Cap Martinique, I am always in pursuit of adventures beyond performance. But alongside my own career, I set myself a mission: to inspire and support other trail runners, whether beginners or experienced. Sharing my experience and my expertise—that's what drives me today as a trail coach at Campus.

"What I really appreciated: 10 videos, clear, digestible, educational, and always with Grégoire's touch of humor. Even after several years of running, I have learned new things, notably about the quantification of mechanical stress, as well as recognizing a true periostitis. You understand how to calibrate your training and avoid overloading.
